A Bit About Lanie
Lanie Thompson brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Benzo Nation as our Board Vice President. Raised in a military family, Lanie's early years were filled with travel before her family settled in Texas in 1982. She later married an Air Force pilot, and together, they have built a life filled with love and adventure over 36 years of marriage. Lanie is a proud mother of six, with three children now married, and one precious granddaughter.

With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Lanie's professional journey began in Anchorage, Alaska, where she worked for an oceanographic and environmental consulting firm. However, her greatest joy came from raising her family. Currently residing in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lanie's life is centered around her faith in Jesus, spending quality time with family, and nurturing strong friendships.

An enthusiast for the outdoors and healthy living, Lanie enjoys hiking, yoga, pickleball, and all forms of movement that keep her active and energized. Her passion for life and commitment to serving others is evident in all she does, making her an invaluable part of our team at Benzo Nation.
